Core material: Generally, cotton canvas, nylon canvas, polyester canvas, etc. are used. Cotton canvas has a relatively low price, good softness, but limited strength; Nylon canvas has high strength and good wear resistance; Polyester canvas has high strength and stability, good dimensional stability, and can adapt to different working environments and load requirements.
Cover rubber material: mainly using nitrile rubber with excellent oil resistance, with high acrylonitrile content nitrile rubber as the main material. Nitrile rubber has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance and aging resistance, which can effectively resist the erosion of oil and chemical solvents, and extend the service life of Conveyor Belt.
Good oil resistance: It can maintain stable performance in environments that come into contact with various oils and organic solvents, is not easily swollen or corroded by oils, reduces problems such as increased volume and structural relaxation caused by oil contact, and thus extends the service life of conveyor belts.
High strength and high wear resistance: The selected canvas strong layer and high-quality covering adhesive make the Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt have high tensile strength and wear resistance, able to withstand large tensile and frictional forces, and adapt to long-term, high-intensity material conveying work.
Low volume change rate: Under oil resistance testing conditions (such as 50 ℃, 24-hour contact with 20 # aviation lubricating oil), the volume change rate is ≤ 10%. This means that the size and shape of the conveyor belt remain relatively stable after contact with oil, and will not undergo significant deformation due to the action of oil, ensuring the stability and reliability of the conveying process.
