and chemical engineering to transport high-temperature materials
such as sintered ore, coke, cement clinker, and high-temperature ores.
It can be used under conditions where the material temperature does
not exceed 800 ℃ and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220 ℃.
Classified by skeleton layer material
1、Cotton canvas core conveyor belt: Good flexibility, good groove forming ability,
cheap price, suitable for conveying powdery materials, generally used for medium
and short distance material conveying.
2、Nylon canvas core conveyor belt: The belt body is relatively light, with good
elasticity, high strength, impact resistance, good groove forming ability, and
good bending flexibility. It is suitable for material transportation under medium
to long distance, large capacity, and high-speed conditions.
3、Polyester canvas core conveyor belt: With high body modulus, low elongation,
good heat stability, impact resistance, and low shrinkage, it is suitable for medium
to long distance, large capacity, and high-speed material transportation.
4、Classified by rubber properties: general use, heat resistance, high temperature
resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance,
electrostatic conductivity, food type, etc.
