- Classified by Internal Structure:
- Ordinary Structure Type: Consisting of core rubber, steel cords, cover layers and side rubber, it has a relatively conventional structure. It is suitable for transporting general bulk and granular materials in acid and alkali resistant environments where the impact and cutting force of materials are not high.
- Transverse Reinforcement Type: On the basis of the ordinary structure, transverse reinforcement materials such as transverse steel cords and steel wire cords are added, which improves the transverse strength of the conveyor belt. It can prevent the Acid And Alkali Resistant Steel Belt from transverse tearing when subjected to external forces. It is suitable for the transportation of acid and alkali resistant materials with large transverse tension or impact force.
- Embedded Coil Anti-tear Type: Phase-shifting sensors (coils) are longitudinally embedded at certain intervals between the core rubber and the lower cover layer. When the conveyor belt is torn or has other abnormal conditions, the sensor can send out an alarm and stop the conveyor automatically, which can effectively protect the conveyor belt and the conveying system. It is suitable for acid and alkali resistant environments with extremely high requirements for transportation safety.
