For example, it can effectively transport materials such as grains, plastic pellets, powders, etc., but its carrying capacity may be insufficient for heavy-duty ores, large block materials, etc.

2、Moderate impact resistance performance:
The fabric core type tubular conveyor belt can absorb some energy through the elasticity and buffering effect of the fabric core layer when facing small impacts, reducing damage to the conveyor belt. However, compared to some conveyor belts with higher strength cores, its impact resistance is relatively weak.
For example, when there are hard blocks in the conveyed material or when there is material impact during loading, it may cause certain damage to the fabric core layer. Therefore, during the conveying process, for situations that may cause significant impact (such as high-speed conveying, large material conveying, etc.), appropriate buffering measures need to be taken, such as setting up buffering devices at the feed inlet.
