Structure and Pattern

• Diamond-Shaped Patterns: The distinct diamond-shaped patterns are embossed or molded onto the belt surface. These patterns can vary in size and shape, with the diamond sides usually ranging from 10 to 50mm. The depth of the pattern embossing also differs, which affects the friction and gripping force of the belt.
• Belt Components: It mainly consists of a carcass layer and a cover layer. The carcass layer is the main load-bearing part, usually made of materials like fabric (such as cotton canvas, polyester, or nylon) or metal wires (such as steel wire ropes). The cover layer is on the outermost surface of the belt, in direct contact with the materials being conveyed, and is mainly made of rubber, PVC, PU, or other materials. The diamond patterns are formed on the cover layer.

Performance Characteristics

• High Friction: The diamond-shaped protrusions increase the contact area and friction between the belt and the materials. This enables the belt to effectively grip the materials being conveyed, preventing them from slipping or moving during transportation, and ensuring the stability and safety of the conveying process.
• Good Adaptability to Inclined Conveying: It is suitable for conveying materials at large inclination angles, generally up to 45 degrees. The diamond patterns can form a certain angle and structure with the materials, which can better resist the gravity of the materials and prevent them from sliding downwards, thus reducing the need for additional equipment and labor in inclined conveying.
• Versatile and Customizable: It can be customized according to different conveying requirements, such as adjusting the size, density, and depth of the diamond patterns, as well as the material and thickness of the belt. It is suitable for conveying various materials with different weights, sizes, and properties, and can meet the needs of different industries and application scenarios.
