Structure and Design

• Diamond Pattern: The surface of the conveyor belt is embossed or molded with diamond-shaped patterns. The size, shape and density of the diamonds can be customized according to the specific conveying requirements. The diamond pattern increases the friction between the belt and the materials, preventing slippage and ensuring stable conveying.
• Belt Layers: It consists of a carcass layer and a cover layer. The carcass layer is the main load-bearing part, usually made of polyester, nylon fabric or steel wire ropes. The cover layer is on the outermost surface of the belt, directly contacting the materials being conveyed, and is made of rubber, PVC, PU and other materials with good wear resistance and anti-slip properties. The diamond pattern is formed on the cover layer.
• Reinforcement and Edge Protection: To adapt to high inclination conveying, the Big Obliquity Conveyor Belt is often reinforced with additional layers or special materials at the edges and joints to improve its tensile strength and resistance to tearing and abrasion.
