Belt Core Structure

• Fabric Core:
  • Cotton Canvas Core: Big Obliquity Conveyor Belt has good flexibility and economy, suitable for conveying some light-load and low-strength-requirement materials, such as ordinary grains and small block materials. It is common in small processing plants or agricultural production.
  • Nylon Cloth Core: With high strength and good wear resistance, Skirt Conveyor Belt can withstand large tensile forces and impacts. It is often used to convey large granular, heavy block materials or ores, like NN100, NN150, NN200, NN300, NN400 and other models.
  • Polyester Cloth Core: It has high strength and good corrosion resistance, suitable for conveying corrosive materials in some chemical and building materials industries or in humid environments, such as EP100, EP150, EP200, EP300, EP400, etc.
• Steel Wire Rope Core: Such as ST1000-ST2000 models, with extremely high strength and tensile resistance, it can meet the material conveying requirements of long distance, large capacity and high lift. It is often used in large mines, cement plants, ports and other occasions with high conveying capacity and height requirements.

Flap and Baffle Structure

• T-type Flap and Baffle: The cross-sectional shape of the T-type baffle is T-shaped, which is firmly connected with the Big Obliquity Skirt Conveyor Belt and the flap and can effectively support the material and prevent it from slipping during high-angle conveying. It is widely used in the mining and coal industries for conveying block and granular materials.
• C-type Flap and Baffle: The cross-section of the C-type baffle is C-shaped, with a relatively simple structure, convenient installation and low cost. It has a good effect on conveying powdered and small granular materials and is more commonly used in the food processing and chemical industries.
• TC-type Flap and Baffle: It combines the advantages of T-type and C-type, having good bearing capacity and being able to adapt to different shapes and properties of materials. It performs well in conveying various bulk materials in the building materials and metallurgical industries.
• TCS-type Flap and Baffle: Improved on the basis of TC-type, it has better sealing performance and higher conveying efficiency. It is suitable for occasions with high sealing requirements in the material conveying process, such as the closed conveying of powdered materials, which can effectively reduce dust flying.
