ST5000 Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
The ST5000 steel cord Conveyor Belt is an ultra-high-strength belt engineered for extreme-duty mining and bulk material transport. It features a tensile strength of 5000 N/mm, making it ideal for long-distance, high-capacity operations like coal mining and port handling.
Reinforced with galvanized steel cords, it offers minimal elongation (≤0.25%) and resists dynamic stresses. The belt includes flame-retardant rubber covers compliant with ISO 340/EN 12882 safety standards, ensuring fire resistance and anti-static properties (surface resistance ≤3×10⁸ Ω).
It supports widths from 800–3000 mm, operates at temperatures as low as -45°C, and handles speeds up to 8.5 m/s. Designed for heavy abrasion and steep inclines (≤30°), its vulcanized joints ensure longevity, often exceeding 5–10 years in service.
