Unveiling the Raw Materials of Aramid Conveyor Belts: The Key to High Performance

      Aramid fibers serve as the core skeleton material. This synthetic fiber, made from aromatic polyamide, has a tensile strength five to six times that of steel but only one-fifth the density, earning it the title of "artificial steel wire". It remains stable from -196°C to 204°C and can withstand the impact of sharp materials like ores, significantly extending its service life.

     Highly wear-resistant rubber forms the Conveyor Belt's covering layer. Based on natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, with the addition of carbon black, vulcanizing agents, and other additives, carbon black significantly enhances wear resistance and anti-aging properties, reducing cracking and chipping caused by friction and ensuring continuous transportation.

    In special working conditions, flame retardants or anti-corrosion additives are added to the rubber layer. Flame retardants reduce flammability and are suitable for coal mines and other scenarios; anti-corrosion additives resist acid and alkali erosion, expanding the application range.
