When using them, several aspects need to be noted. Before installation, the surface of the conveyor drum should be cleaned of oil stains and impurities to ensure uniform tension of the Conveyor Belt. During operation, regular checks should be conducted on the conveyor belt for scratches, tears, and foreign objects that may cause blockage. During maintenance, the tension of the conveyor belt should be checked monthly and the tensioning device adjusted in time to avoid slipping and overheating due to slackness. When storing, the conveyor belt should be rolled into a cylinder and placed in a dry and ventilated area, away from open flames and corrosive gases. The stacking height should not exceed 3 layers to prevent deformation due to long-term pressure.
