Recently, Kaifeng Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd. has officially launched the "New Generation Environmentally Friendly High-temperature and High-pressure Rubber Tube", using technological innovation to break through the application bottlenecks of traditional rubber tubes in extreme conditions, and injecting "Tower strength" into the fields of new energy and high-end equipment manufacturing.
This type of rubber tube adopts the "halogen-free flame-retardant environmentally friendly rubber formula" independently developed by the group. It not only completely eliminates heavy metals and volatile harmful substances from traditional rubber tubes, but also expands the temperature resistance range to -60℃ to 220℃, increases the pressure resistance level by 30%, and extends the service life by more than twice compared to industry standard products. In tests for scenarios such as battery cooling systems of new energy vehicles and hydraulic transmission of wind power equipment, its sealing performance and anti-aging performance have reached international leading levels.
This product has passed ISO 14001 environmental certification and German DIN industrial standards.
