On June 20th, Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber held a production and operation scheduling meeting. Yuan Yutong, General Manager of Iron Tower Rubber, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Other members of the company's leadership team, as well as heads of various workshops and departments, attended the meeting.
The meeting pointed out that through recent benchmarking improvements, various costs have significantly decreased, and most manufacturing costs are basically in line with the market. However, there is still a gap in labor and depreciation costs. Each workshop and department should clarify their thinking, collaborate and view problems dynamically. Firstly, by establishing and improving a rapid quotation system, they should firmly increase the total production and sales volume. The second is to hold production and sales coordination meetings, especially post bid analysis meetings, to summarize experience, learn from lessons, and prepare for the next bidding, in order to continuously improve the winning rate, expand the total production and sales volume, and achieve a virtuous cycle. The third is to improve capacity utilization, reduce labor and depreciation costs, and expand product gross profit contribution.
