In order to effectively improve the production and operation status of the company, enhance its economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, and meet the development needs of the company, our company will fully launch the second round of clean production audit work from February 10, 2025.
In accordance with the requirements of the Clean Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Clean Production Audit Measures, and the Implementation Rules for Clean Production Audit in Henan Province, we hereby publicly disclose the basic information and pollution discharge status of our company before the audit. We request all sectors of society to supervise our company's implementation of clean production audit.
1、 Basic information of the enterprise
2、 Pollutant emissions of enterprises before review
From the above table, it can be seen that:
（1）At the exhaust pipe outlets of
Conveyor Belt workshop DA001 and DA002, non methane total hydrocarbon emissions meet the standard limits in Table 5 of the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Rubber Products Industry" (GB27632-2011), hydrogen sulfide and odor concentration emissions meet the standard limits in Table 2 of the "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93), and nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide emissions meet the requirements of the second level emission limits in Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996). At the same time, non methane total hydrocarbon emissions meet the emission limit requirements of other industries in the "Notice on the Recommended Emission Values for the Special Treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises in the Province" (Yuhuan Jianzhan Ban [2017] No. 162);
Whole core belt workshop: The non methane total hydrocarbon emissions at the outlet of the DA003 exhaust pipe meet the requirements of Table 5 of the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Rubber Products Industry" (GB27632-2011), the nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide emissions meet the second level requirements of Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996), and the particulate matter emissions at the outlet of the DA004 exhaust pipe meet the emission limit requirements of Table 5 of the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Rubber Products Industry" (GB27632-2011).
According to the above table, the concentration values of unorganized waste gas pollutants such as particulate matter, toluene, xylene, and non methane total hydrocarbons at the factory boundary of Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd. all meet the concentration limits for unorganized emission monitoring in Table 6 (GB 16297-1996) of the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Rubber Products Industry" (GB27632-2011); At the same time, the emissions of non methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, and xylene meet the emission limit requirements of other enterprises in the "Notice on the Recommended Emission Values for the Special Treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises in the Province" (Yuhuan Jianzhan Ban [2017] No. 162); The concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons at a distance of 1 meter outside the workshop meets the limit requirements of Appendix A of the "Unorganized Emission Control Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds" (GB37822-2019).
（2) Discharge of wastewater pollutants
The discharge of wastewater pollutants in the entire factory is shown in Table 3.
From the above table, it can be seen that the pollutant concentration at the total discharge outlet of Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd.'s wastewater meets the indirect discharge limits for tire enterprises and other product enterprises in Table 2 of the "Rubber Products Industry Pollutant Discharge Standards" (GB27632-2011), as well as the designed inlet water quality index limits for Kaifeng West District Sewage Treatment Plant.
（3) Noise
From the above table, it can be seen that the measured noise values of the enterprise meet the limit requirements of Class 3 and Class 4 standards in the "Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB 12348-2008).
(4) Solid waste
The industrial solid waste generated by our company includes general solid waste and hazardous waste. The production and discharge of solid waste are shown in Table 5.
3、 Total execution status
In summary, the actual total emissions of Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd. did not exceed the total amount approved in the environmental impact assessment, meeting the requirements of the total control indicators.
