Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd was established in 1956, formerly known as Kaifeng Rubber Factory. In 1999, it was officially renamed Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd. In 2006, it was merged into Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd. and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Energy Group (HNE) , an Fortune 500 company.

Kaifeng Iron Tower Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd currently has over 400 employees, including more than 80 professional technicians, and possesses a diverse range of innovative technologies and utility model patents. The company occupies a site of 268 mu (approximately 17.87 hectares) with fixed assets totaling 630 million yuan. Its annual production capacity of conveyor belts exceeds 650 million yuan. The company's R&D center has been recognized as the "Henan Provincial Non-Metallic Materials R&D Center," a key provincial-level laboratory.
